Hello Ajith, The understand the area of concern for you right now. I can empathize with you but not sympathize at this moment. As for now you have to be as strong as possible and in-self show a lot of confidence in front of her. Your daughter owing to the new location might be not willing to open up a lot, but that it nothing to be frighten as such. This happens with lot of people including me when we go to a new place. The possible things you could do is: After your professional commitments get along with her take her for a walk down the lane introduce her to new people and make herself about a few new things going through the town. You can also set up a small party at your place by bringing all kids from the building(if not more than you can accommodate) and make friends with your child. You can always avoid you taking her to school or bringing her back and her go with the building mates. I hope this would work for you and your daughter.
