It is the most common question I've encountered on many occasions from my students. I would like to share some quick thoughts on why I feel it is essential for a person to have value addition in today's dynamic environment.
First and foremost, value addition does not only mean getting a professional qualification. It can be certified short term or medium-term courses.
It is something which helps a person become skilled and deeply knowledgeable in a particular subject or field which can be professional or one's passion.
It helps you stand out above the crowd when there is competition all around.
It doesn't take up too much of your time, a lot of value courses today hardly take a few weeks of your precious time and teach you relevant and essential things.
Experts teach the skills, and thier experience is very crucial, which helps you gain a deeper understanding without committing the same mistakes or facing similar situations.
It is cost-effective too as compared to many other professional courses which a person cannot take over without having to bear costs.
Value addition courses can be comfortably taken even after having a full-time job or a packed schedule.
I hope I have been able to throw some light on the importance of value addition courses. These are all my personal views.
