There are Tier 1 companies like Infosys/Accenture/ IBM/Tech Mahindra etc select the Engineering Graduate Freshers and train them in ABAP/Security/Functional modules, if you are a fresher can try for such recruitment drives or there will be Tier 2/ Tier 3 companies will take freshers thorugh referral programs
