The XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level MBA entrance test conducted by XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) a business school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The XAT exam score is used for taking admission into management programs by XLRI Jamshedpur, Xavier Institute of Management, Goa Institute of Management and 150 business schools in India. It is considered one of the toughest entrance management exams in India that requires complete dedication from aspiring candidates. The 2018 XAT test will be conducted in Agartala, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Berhampur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Surat, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. The exam will be conducted on two International Centers (Dubai and Kathmandu). It is the second most popular management entrance exams after CAT exam.
Why XAT exam?
The XAT entrance exam is one of the most prestigious entrance management exams in India. Students who are looking to study management courses in reputed institutes in India, can utilize their XAT scores to get into top institutes of their choices. In 2018, XAT scores will be accepted in more than 150 recognized management institutes/universities in India besides XLRI Jamshedpur, Goa Institute of Management and Xavier Institute of Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate must be a graduate (a minimum of three years) in any discipline from a recognized university or must have completed their graduation by June, 2018.

Preparing for XAT 2018 requires a solid study plan, ability to work hard continuously and complete dedication. Aspiring candidates can follow the following useful tips for the XAT 2018 exam:
A Good Study Plan: Candidates can plan their studies strategically as per their individual requirements. They can schedule their time on a regular basis for learning new concepts, tracking current affairs, working on their weak areas, improving their speed & accuracy and evaluating themselves periodically
Practicing Mock/Sample/Previous Question Papers: Practicing as many as mock/previous question papers will enable a candidate to understand where he/she stands and can work on his/her areas of improvement. Candidates can evaluate and improve on their performance by solving test papers on a regular basis.
Focus and Continuous Efforts: To clear the XAT 2018 successfully, a candidate should be able to work hard with complete dedication on a continuous basis. It is also important that candidates should focus themselves on clearing the entrance exam.
