Algorithms, data-structure and system design knowledge are tested in most of the rounds which you need to be good at. Most difficult part although is getting your resume shortlisted for a position at Google.

You can appear for Mobile web specialist certification owned by google. Clear this certification, practice interview questions and problems form geeksforgeeks.com and go for interview on google.
