I am Japanese language teacher. teaching over 6 years from college Student professional.
I will suggest you not to count time you are devoting to learning Japanese. You need not to sit for long everyday to learn Japanese. You can devote minimum3-4 hours daily but in gap after 2 hours. Also whatever you learnt just keep revising the same in your mind whenever you are free. Watch animated japanese movies. It is fun and will ease your learning process. Rest is up to your grabbing power.
