My motivation to join this platform is to help and guide everyone, in getting a healthy body and mind.
For me fitness is not only physical but also mental.
Outer fitness starts with inner fitness.
I'm a 5 times National Level Player in Handball, Archery and Shooting and a certified coach from Sports Authority of India(SAI) in Shooting.
I have successfully guided 20+ people during Covid, helping them in weight management through body weight workout.
During workout session I generally keep body science, biomechanics and physiotherapy in mind.

The only thing I want from your end is discipline and we'll surely meet our goals of fitness.
