Parivartan, as the name suggests, provides emerging and mid-sized businesses with solutions which are easy to implement, cost effective and scalable which bring about easily observable changes. We offer consultation services on how to identify gaps within a system vis-a vis organisational processes and employee development. We, also, assist organisations to establish learning and development, design learning strategies, end to end learning programmes, create and curate content.
Prior to establishing Parivartan, I have worked in the corporate world for 22 years. I have had the honour of working with brands such as Tata, HDFC, Hero and Ricoh (a fortune 500 company) where I was Head of learning and Development department.
My area of expertise includes diagnosing gaps within a system and plugging the identified gaps with the appropriate intervention whether it is individual, group or at organisational level. Well adept in Cultural Transformation, Systemic Change, Large Group Interventions, Leadership Development, Create & Curate Content which has ensured the desired changes, across all levels within an organisation, and supported heads of organisation in achieving organisational goals. I have worked with organisations in BSFI, Chemicals, Defence, Energy, Food and Packaging, IT, ITeS, Oil and Lubricants and Printing and Documentation, either as an internal or external consultant.
Further, my work has been recognized by BML Munjal Awards for Business Excellence through Learning and Development, won World HRD Congress Learning and Development Award for Best Learning Programme for Organisational and Staff Development and was invited to deliver a talk on my award-winning work in various national and international conferences.
