With a profound love for Carnatic vocal music, music theory, and the Veena, I've dedicated myself to sharing the beauty and depth of Indian classical music with others. My educational background includes a BA degree in music and a BEd in music training, both of which have deepened my understanding of music theory and pedagogy.

Having immersed myself in the world of Carnatic music for over 15 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching practice. I've had the privilege of conducting classes and workshops at Srimati Sundaravalli School, where I continue to inspire and mentor students in the art of Carnatic vocal music. My passion for music extends beyond the classroom, as I've also performed in music concerts, including Navratri Fusionatica 2020, showcasing the rich traditions of Indian classical music to audiences.

My teaching approach is rooted in practicality and engagement, with a focus on live sessions that allow students to actively participate and immerse themselves in the music. Online classes, each lasting one hour, are tailored for students aged five and above, ensuring that learners of all levels and backgrounds can benefit from my instruction.

During these sessions, I draw upon a variety of teaching materials, including reference books and personalized notes, to supplement the learning experience. These resources serve as valuable tools for students to deepen their understanding of music theory, expand their repertoire, and refine their performance skills.
