"Gave advance payment for 12 classes. She stopped taking classes in between without any information. On checking and reminders was told that she has some personal problem and she will start soon. Later after 1 months ahead said she will take balance 5 classes and then stop. It took 4 months and several reminders to complete 4 of the remaining classes and the last class she hasn’t taken yet. Apart from the money issue how can urban pro enroll such teacher who are here to only cheat parents. I am giving her one star rating because she cheated us badly. "

"So far Just 3 classes for my daughter but already seeing some improvement. Good teacher who is addressing the fundamentals for concrete and long term improvement. Hoping to see a marked improvement in French learning of my child. "
