For freshers I have developed syllabus comprising of everyday usage words starting from 2 letter words to 8 letter words. Totally students will be learning around 2500 words good enough to start. Then teach them phonemes, conversational grammar, teach them "How to make sentences? & "When to use them" by this method students will learn to make sentences according to the situations. Also communication skills, Jam Session, Pictionary, word usage, word building, phrasal verbs and many more. A new technique is thought to the students in which they become fluent and confident in speaking, it is called "Speak English in 70 ways". Also many games. Group discussion, debates, situation based conversation and many more. The aim is to make student fluent.

Hello friend, good question. Grammar is necessary for any language. My advice is to join any English teaching institute, not spoken English. Even you can google and can find freelance grammar tutors. You can also refer to Wren and Martin grammar book, or you can refer Raymond Murphy's grammar book.

1. Develop a mindset to learn English.
2. Think in English.
3. Listen to English news, podcasts and many things.
4. Read English newspapers, articles, magazines, read them loud.
5. Make sentences using sight words. Make different types of sentences for the same sentence.
6. Make a 1-minute speech. Record it and listen, check for errors.
7. Speak at every opportunity in English, don't worry if you make mistakes. But don't repeat the same error.
8. Talk to your friends or colleagues or family members in English.
9. Practice, practice and practice, remember practice makes one perfect.
