As an FICO consultant you will be supporting the Quick Bug fixes, preparing the training modules for the work arounds, Enhancements to the existing functionality ( Design changes), supporting patching/ upgrades with Test activities, Month end/ Qurtr end/ year end activity reconciliation support
Most importantly if you have Service Level Agreements in place, you need to deliver the support solution based on SLAs agreed ( Delivery times)
